DAY ONE - FLIGHT TO PARIS
Overnight flight to Paris.
DAY TWO - PARIS
Welcome to Paris, the romantic capital of
France. Meet your courier in the airport
lobby and transfer to your hotel. Tonight,
cruise along the Seine to see the sights of
Paris illuminated.
DAY THREE - PARIS
Panoramic city tour along the Arc de
Triomphe, Champs Elysees, and the majestic
Eiffel Tower. Your morning sightseeing ends
with a tour of Notre Dame Cathedral,
famous for its flying buttresses and
intricately carved gargoyles. Later, visit
inside the Lourve Museum to see da Vinci's
Mona Lisa.
DAY FOUR - PARIS & MADRID
Free day. Optional visit to the Loire Valley.
Experience the inside of the magnificent and
vast chateau of Chambord. Next stop is the
charming chateau of Chenonceau. Later,
board your flight to Madrid.

DAY FIVE - MADRID
Recall Spain's 16th century as you tour the
capital. Stroll through El Retiro and visit the
Prado to admire the works of renowned
European artists. Tonight, enjoy an
orientation walk through Old Madrid.
DAY SIX - TOLEDO
Take a tour of the Palacio Real, once the
seat of the most powerful court in the
world. Then, drive to the ancient capital of
Toledo. Visit the 12th century synagogue,
Santo Tome, and view the treasures of the
Gothic cathedral. Conclude your tour with a
visit to a damascene workshop and learn
the intricacies of this Muslim craft.
DAY SEVEN - MADRID & TRAIN
Enjoy a free day in Madrid or sign up for an
optional half-day tour to El Escorial and the
somber Valley of the Fallen. Evening
overnight train to Barcelona.
DAY EIGHT - BARCELONA
Enjoy a full day in Barcelona. Ride to the top of Montjuic Hill for a spectacular view of the harbor. Then visit Gaudi's La Sagrada
Familia and Casa Mila, commonly known as La Pedrera. Later, stroll through Parque Guell, one of the most intriguing parks in the world.
The pavilions and main staircase, designed by Gaudi, look like they belong in a fairy tale.
Conclude with a stroll down Las Ramblas and the Gothic Quarter before your transfer to your hotel along the Costa Brava.
DAY NINE - COSTA BRAVA
Enjoy your day at the beach.
DAY TEN - DEPARTURE
Board your Barcelona flight for your return
